Overview
Add Verizon Customers to Your Directory
Customers expect to receive complete and accurate telephone directories for reference. Verizon helps directory publishers meet that expectation through our Publisher Lists products and services.
As one of the largest premier telecommunications companies in the world, Verizon listings come directly from our database daily. We can provide listings to you as an Extract and/or an Update. You can request Updates on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Features
I. Extract Listings
Extract Listings (as noted in the license agreement as Subscriber List Information)are a "snapshot" of Frontier's White Page Publishing database based on the criteria selected by the customer. This includes the telephone subscriber’s name, listed address, and telephone number. The telephone subscriber determines how the “listed address” will appear when the telephone service is established.
IA. Extract Selection Criteria
Segmentation (choice of one or any combination thereof):

Name of Frontier Publication
NPA/NXX
Area Code and Exchange
Business Listings
Listings with Business names. Additionally, Frontier's Original Primary Advertising classifications are available at the time of telephone service. Verizon also provides those initial primary classifications assigned at a later date by its publisher. In order to receive full business captions, we recommend that customers also select toll free and foreign segmentations.
Residence Listings
Residential Listings that include individual titles.
Government Listings
Federal, State, County, Local, Schools, as well as non-standard listings including 911 numbers.
Foreign Listings

Toll Free Numbers

CLEC>
Competitive Local Exchange Carriers: Customers using a different local carrier within Verizon territory. If this option is selected, a list of CLEC's from each specified state will be provided.
NPA
Listings that include the full 10 digit telephone number
Zip Code
Listings that include the zip code when available.
- CLEC: CLEC service address listings are also available.
- CCNA: If you are a CLEC and require your own listings, you need to provide the 4 digit CCNA code that is used to identify your listings.
Non Published Service Addresses
Verizon also supplies non published service address extracts, solely for the purpose of directory distribution. This product is separate from the standard service address extracts, and must be ordered separately using the Service Address Order Form.
IB. Extract Media
Data files are in pipe-delimited ASCII variable record layout and can be shipped via email, FTP(File Transfer Protocol) or CD-ROM.
